Who We Are

E-Learning Online was established in 2018 by Ish Buckingham and David Cooper to help fill the perceived training shortfall that existed in the elevator industry.

David had been involved with numerous ‘expert witness’ cases where it was obvious that elevator companies had not been meeting their legal duty to provide adequate training to their staff.

The pair decided that they needed to find a way of delivering training to field staff in an economical and interesting way; they decided that online video was the way forward.

How does the system work?

Toolbox Talks Online is the new elevator industry system that delivers video-based content to your staff on their PC, Laptops or Mobile Devices; additionally, it keeps track of who has done what and when they did it.

Watch the video below to find out more.

Key Features

There are many advantages in using our software, compared to individual or team training; including the fact that costs for getting a team together including disbursements are avoided, the engineers can do the modules in their own time and on a portable device. Some engineers take the modules whilst they are waiting for deliveries or waiting to get into a building. This demonstrates the flexibility and time saving ability of the software.

The system sends out reminders when their annual certificate is running out and also when new modules are added.

The system also logs the engineers performance and regular reports can be provided, which is particularly useful for larger companies. This reduces the time spent by an administrator in the office.

Certificates are issued post successful completion of each module. This can be useful if you are looking to employ a new engineer as their records can be transferred and you have instant proof that they have been trained in the various safety critical modules.
